Terminology - Method 2 Demo

The screenshot below shows a topic as it appears in the RoboHelp editor and as it will appear in the default output.

 

In the text below note how the words c o m p a n y / a c c o u n t s / s o f t w a r e have changed. Hover the mouse over each and see the differences.

 

This company produces accounts software. The company name is Dodgy Accounts.

 

1. c o m p a n y has changed to firm on both lines. The bubble text help is formatted in red.
2. a c c o u n t s has changed to accounting on the first line only. In this example the search was made case sensitive. There is no bubble text.
3. s o f t w a r e has bubble text in the same style as the topic text.
