To set up an Answerbox such as you see in Google, see the About RoboHelp sample project or the RoboHelp Tour.

In this project I have set up the microcontent as below.

 

The microcontent can be used in two ways:

• Simply to boost search results. You include the microcontent in your TOC but select Hide in Output.
• To boost search results and also provide an answer box. You include the microcontent in your TOC but so not select Hide in Output.

 

Click the search icon and search top right for any intent or part of it. That is how the microcontent promotes the intents in a project. It would be more obvious in a larger project with more content that can be searched. The microcontent takes priority.

Click the Questions and Answers topic in the TOC see an answer box. How the information is displayed is defined in the microcontent. You can add twisties, apply borders and so on.
