Set AP Invoice Entry Options
When you click Prog opts in the AP Invoice Entry (NE) program, you can set and change options that determine how you run this program. Your system administrator can run the User Options Maintenance (UOPT) program to set or change options for all users of this program, for all users at a branch, or for specific users.

Select to display the login date in the Invoice date field when you enter invoices or leave blank to enter or select a date for this field. |
Message if post dte in future? |

Select to display a message if the date in the GL posting date field is after your login date or leave blank to not display a warning message. If you select this option and the GL posting date is a future date, the program displays the message GL posting date is in the future; continue? Click Yes to retain the date you entered or click No to change the date. |
Message if inv date in future? |

Select to display a message if the date in the Invoice date field is after your login date or leave blank to not display a warning message. If you select this option and the Invoice date is a future date, the program displays the message Invoice date is in the future; continue? Click Yes to retain the date you entered or click No to change the date. |
Use current PO cost? |

Select to use the current PO unit cost or leave blank to use the PO unit cost at the time you received the item. You should select this option if you make changes to the PO unit cost after you receive a item. |
Return to invoice header? |

Select if you want the program to return to the header of newly-entered invoices after posting information is entered or leave blank if you want the program to continue in add mode (i.e., clearing the screen for the next entry). |
