Use the Repetitive Billing Inquiry (RBQ) program to display a customer's repetitive billing records.
Before you run this program each time
You should run these programs:

Repetitive Billing Maintenance (RBM) to set up repetitive billing records.
Before you run this program the first time
You should run these programs:

System Options Maintenance (XM) (Enterprise Options) to select a date display format for your enterprise, Branch Maintenance (TBM) to select a date display format for your branch, or User Maintenance (UIM) to select a date display format for an individual user.

Customer Maintenance (CM) to set up customers.

Repetitive Billing Category Maintenance (RBCM) to set up repetitive billing category that is a dependent item (for example, contract, lease, license, or fee).

Repetitive Billing Item Maintenance (RBIM) to set up items for repetitive billing.

Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices that you plan to use.

Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.
After you run this program
You will most likely run these programs:

Repetitive Billing Listing (RBL) to print a list of repetitive billing records.

Repetitive Billing Report (RBIC) to print a report that shows the amounts each customer is to be billed for the period and create orders for the items billed.

Repetitive Billing History Listing (RBHL) to print a list of repetitive billing items.
