Create an RMA for a Control Number
When you click RMA in the Control Number Inquiry (SNQ) or Service Agreement Tracking Maintenance (WTM) program or click the icon to the far-right of the Ship-to field in the RMA Maintenance (RMA) program you can view current RMA details or create an RMA directly from the selected item and control number.

Enter the item's lot or serial control number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the control number from a list. |

Enter the customer's number receiving the returned inventory or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the customer from a list. |

For a non-inspected item, select to automatically create a repair order even if the item is not replaced. |

Non-returned item? |
Optional |
Select if the item is not returned and the serial number is morgued (no longer available) or leave blank if the inventory is returned. |

Click OK.
The program displays the message RMA [number] has been created

If using the RMA Maintenance (RMA) program, return to Enter an RMA Not Attached to an Invoice. If using the Service Agreement Tracking Maintenance (WTM) program, return to Enter a Service Agreement.
