Set Options for the Sales Order Inquiry

When you click Sales in the Executive Information Summary (EIS) program, select Sales quotes entered, Quotes converted to orders or Open quotes, and then click Detail, the program displays sales quotations. You can set options that affect the display.

  1. (Optional) Click Prog opts to review your options. To change them:

    1. Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.

    2. Click the Sort tab to set sort order.

    3. Click the Selection tab to select specific records.

    4. Click the Program tab set this program specific option:

Select to include quotes that have been converted to sales orders or leave blank to exclude transferred quotes and show only open quotes.

    1. (Optional) Click Save to save these options for future use.

    2. Click OK to apply these options or click Cancel to exit without applying them. If you click OK, see Display Sales Quotes.
