Set Options for Sales Returns

When you click Sales in the Executive Information Summary (EIS) program, select Net sales returns, and then click Detail, the program displays RMAs. You can set options that affect the display.

  1. (Optional) Click Prog opts to review your options. To change them:

    1. Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.

    2. Click the Sort tab to set sort order.

    3. Click the Selection tab to select specific records.

    4. Click the Program tab set this program specific option:

Include closed sales orders?

Select to include RMAs  that have been closed.

Select order status

Optional

Enter a status if you want to limit the display to RMAs with the specified status

    1. (Optional) Click Save to save these options for future use.

    2. Click OK to apply these options or click Cancel to exit without applying them. If you click OK, see Display Sales Quotes.
