Display Top Items by YTD Sales

When you click Sales in the Executive Information Summary (EIS) program and then click Items, the following fields display. The Number of items to view Program option controls how many are listed.

Field Name	Displays
Item	The item number
Description	The description of this item
Date of last sale	The last date this item was confirmed shipped
YTD qty sold	The quantity of this item sold year-to-date
YTD sales	The gross sales amount for this item year-to-date; this includes all confirmed shipments

Choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Review your options for the inquiry	Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Top Items by YTD Sales.
Print the item listing	Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.
Go to a related program	Click Jump. See Jump.
Return to the Sales Statistics screen	Click OK. See Display Sales Statistics.
Exit and return to the menu	Click Quit.
