Display Top Sales Reps by YTD Sales

When you click Sales in the Executive Information Summary (EIS) program and then click Sales reps, the following fields display. The Number of sales reps to display Program option controls how many are listed.

Displays

Sales rep

The sales rep's code

First name

The sales rep's given name

Last name

The sales rep's surname

Sls reg

The sales rep's region

Sales quota

The sales rep's quota

Month/period and year

The total net sales by this sales rep for the calendar month or fiscal period

YTD sales

The sales rep's year-to-date sales

Last sale

The date of the sales rep's last sale

Amt of last sale

The net amount of the sales rep's last sale

  1. Choose the appropriate options:

Review your options for the inquiry

Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Top Sales Rep by YTD Sales.

Print the sales rep listing

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Return to the Sales Statistics screen

Click OK. See Display Sales Statistics.

Exit and return to the menu

Click Quit.
