Road Map: Labor Inquiry By Employee
Use the Labor Inquiry By Employee (LHI) program to display labor that an employee performed on manufacturing orders that are closed.
Before you run this program each time
You should run these programs in this sequence:
Labor Entry (LLE) to enter hours worked on a manufacturing order, enter an unattended operation, enter indirect labor, and record sick, vacation, and holiday time.
AND/OR
Labor Import (LEI) to import hours worked from an ASCII file.
(Optional) Labor Distribution Preview Report (LLR) to print a report of hours worked, good pieces, and scrapped pieces.
Labor Entry Register (LPR) to print a list of labor entries, to update history for holiday, indirect, sick, and vacation hours, and to update the general ledger if you have labor interfaced to the GL.
You should also run these programs in this sequence:
Manufacturing Order Picking Selection (MSS) to obligate and pick all required components or sets of components.
OR
Material Usage Maintenance (MUA) to obligate and pick selected components and close a component short.
OR
Picking Confirmation (MPK) or Secured Picking (SMPK) to pick all required components, sets of components, or selected components.
Manufacturing Order Picking Register (MPKJ) to print a listing of components picked and update costs and the general ledger if you have inventory interfaced to GL.
Receiver Maintenance (IRC) to receive purchase order if you are using direct-to-stock receiving.
AND conditionally
Receiving and Inspection (IRI) if items require inspection or to receive if you are using dock-to-stock receiving.
Manufacturing Order Receipt Register (MRJ) to print a list of manufacturing orders you have received into inventory and update them to the general ledger.
(Optional) Manufacturing Order Close Preview (MJP) to print a listing of manufacturing orders that have been received complete and may or may not be ready to be closed.
Manufacturing Order Close (MJC) to close completed manufacturing orders and print the Manufacturing Order Close Register.
Before you run this program the first time
You should run these programs:
System Options Maintenance (XM) (Labor Options) to select the Display pay rate at entry time? and Use routing dept in labor entry? options.
System Options Maintenance (XM) (Enterprise Options) to select a date display format for your enterprise, Branch Maintenance (TBM) to select a date display format for your branch, or User Maintenance (UIM) to select a date display format for an individual user.
Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices you plan to use.
Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.
