The credit entry represents actual labor costs. The variables come from these programs:
|
Variables |
Program |
|
Regular hours, Level 1 overtime hours, and Level 2 overtime hours |
Labor Entry (LLE) or Labor Import (LEI) |
|
Employee rate |
Employee Maintenance (LSA) |
|
Labor overtime rate 1 and Labor overtime rate 2 |
System Maintenance (XM) (Labor Options) |
The WIP LABOR posting is the standard labor cost. The variables come from these programs:
|
Variables |
Program |
|
Standard labor rate: Hours per piece x Labor rate associated with Direct labor cd |
Routing Maintenance (RTM) |
The LBR RT VAR posting is the difference between actual and standard labor costs. The calculation for the LBR RT VAR posting uses the difference between the employee rate from the Employee Maintenance (LSA) program and the labor rate from the Routing Maintenance (RTM) program. This difference is multiplied by the total hours entered in the Labor Entry (LLE) or imported by the Labor Import (LEI) program: Total hours x (Employee rate - Standard labor rate).
