Delete

Some programs give you the option of deleting a record. You may be restricted from deleting a record because it is being processed or you do not have delete permission.

Caution
When you delete a record, you remove it from the system. That record is no longer available.

  1. Highlight the record that you want to delete.

  2. Click Delete. The program prompts for confirmation; for example Delete the selected record?

  3. Click Delete to delete the record you selected or click No to retain the record.
