Default qty ordered |
Required |
Select the quantity you want to display in the Qty ordered field for a new quote. If you have a minimum purchase requirement, enter that quantity; for example, 100. If you typically quote a gross of items whose stocking unit of measure is each, enter 144. If you leave this option set to 0 and do not enter a different quantity, the program overwrites the 0 with 1 when you press F10. |
|
Default expiring date offset |

Enter the number of days for which most quotes are valid. The number of days you enter determines the default date for the Quote expires field. You can change the date, if necessary, for a particular quote. For example, if your quotes usually extend for 90 days, enter 90. |

Select if you want the program to delete quotes that have expired or leave blank if you want to retain quotes after their expiration date. |
