Select ECO Effectivity Codes

When you click ECO impact and then click Effectivity in the ECO Maintenance (ECO) program, the program displays compliance information that was set up in ECO Effectivity Codes Maintenance (TECOM):

The program displays these fields:

Field Name	Displays
Sel	Selected: This code is selected for this engineering change order Blank: It is not selected for this order
Code	The effectivity code
Description	The description of the effectivity code

Click Sel to the left of the effectivity code you want to use for this engineering change order.

Click a code (not Sel) to highlight it, and then:

Click	To
Notes	Enter notes about this effectivity. See Enter Notes.
Item	Select the item and engineering change level that is effected by this change order. See Select Items Effected by an ECO.
Customer	Select a customer and item that is effected by this change order. See Select a Customer Effected by an ECO.
Return	End this action.

Click Exit or choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Display the list in reverse order	Click For/Rev. Click again to display the list in its original order.
Display the previous set of records in the file	Click Page up.
Display the next set of records in the file	Click Page down.
Display codes from a specific code	Click Restart. Enter code you want to display or leave blank to begin with the first code in the file.
Display all codes or only selected codes	Click Selected/All.
Enter a range of codes	Click Range.
Return to the ECO.	Click Exit. See Enter an Engineering Change Order.
