Process Engineering Change Orders

Use the ECO Processing (ECOP) program to process approved engineering change orders. See Background and Road Map for more information.

The program displays these fields:

Field Name	Displays
ECO number	The engineering change order number
Title	The title of the engineering change order
Sts	The engineering change order approval status: O: Open
Approved?	Y: The engineering change order has received all approval signoffs N: The engineering change order has not received all approval signoffs
Prerequisite project	The ECO that must be processed before this ECO can be processed
Project	The title of the project associated with the ECO
Req by	The person who requested the ECO
ECO writer	The person who entered the ECO

To	Do This
Print the listing of ECOs	Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.
Display an ECO	Highlight a line and click Detail or double click the line you want to display.
Process an ECO	Highlight a line and click Process.
Exit and return to the menu	Click Exit.
