Background: Manufacturing Order Dispatch Listing
Use the Manufacturing Order Dispatch Listing (MDL) program to print a list of manufacturing orders for personnel on the shop floor. See Road Map for work flow.
This listing can also provide a convenient form for communicating data to manufacturing management, who wants to obtain progress information and estimate completion dates.
If you do not select a Sort option, the program sorts by product class. If you sort by Department, the program uses the department for the first operation sequence.

If Build time is zero: Total time to complete operations that are not 100% complete:
For regular or unattended operation: (((Qty ordered - (Good pieces + Scrap pieces) x Hours per piece) + (((Qty ordered - (Good pieces + Scrap pieces)) / Standard lot size) x Setup time)
For batch operations: ((Qty ordered - (Good pieces + Scrap pieces) x Hours per batch) / Pieces per batch) + ((((Qty ordered - (Good pieces + Scrap pieces)) / Pieces per batch) x Setup time)
