Set Confirmation Options

Click the Prog opts button in the Sales Shipment Confirmation (OC), Secured Confirmation (SOC), Branch Transfer Confirmation (ITS), Secured Confirmation Transfer (SITS), Picking Confirmation (MPK), and Secured Picking (SMPK) programs to set and change the options that determine how you run these programs. Your system administrator can run the User Options Maintenance (UOPT) program to set or change options for all users of these programs, for all users at a branch, or for specific users.

Show totals screen at entry?

Select to display the Shipment Totals screen immediately after you enter or scan the Order number and Shipment number or leave blank to display the shipment header fields.

If you leave blank, you must click Totals to enter freight and miscellaneous charges, change the ship via code, and enter the tracking number.

If you select, you must also select the programs listed below that you want to use this option.

Allow barcoded shipment entry

Optional

Select to scan the order type, order number, and shipment number or leave blank if you do not want to scan this data.

If you select, the user can enter the order type, order number, and shipment number from the keyboard or click the No barcode button.

If you select, you must also select the programs listed below that you want to use this option.

S/O confirmation (OC)?

Optional

Select to display the Shipment Totals screen and/or enable barcode scanning for the Sales Shipment Confirmation (OC) program or leave blank to not use these options.

TRN confirmation (ITS)?

Optional

Select to display the Shipment Totals screen and/or enable barcode scanning for the Branch Transfer Confirmation (ITS) program or leave blank to not use these options.  

MFG confirmation (MPK)?

Optional

Select to display the Shipment Totals screen and/or enable barcode scanning for the Picking Confirmation (MPK) program or leave blank to not use these options.  

S/O restricted confirm (SOC)?

Optional

Select to display the Shipment Totals screen and/or enable barcode scanning for the Secured Confirmation (SOC) program or leave blank to not use these options.  

TRN restricted confirm (SITS)?

Optional

Select to display the Shipment Totals screen and/or enable barcode scanning for the Secured Transfer Confirmation (SITS) program or leave blank to not use these options.  

MFG restricted confirm (SMPK)?

Optional

Select to display the Shipment Totals screen and/or enable barcode scanning for the Secured Picking (SMPK) program or leave blank to not use these options.

  1. Click Save to save these options for future use.

  2. Choose the appropriate option:
