Display or Change Sales Reps and Splits

When you click Comm splits in the sales order processing and shipment confirmation programs, these fields display:

Sales rep 1 - 4

The codes for the sales reps assigned to the item ordered on this line followed by the rep's name

Split 1 -4

The portion of the line total upon which the sales rep's commission is to be calculated

If you can display sales reps and commission splits but not change them, the program prompts Continue. Click OK to remove the fields from your screen.

If you can change these fields, the program prompts Correct?

  1. Click Yes to accept the displayed reps and splits or click No to change them.

  2. Enter data in these fields if you click No:

Accept the code for the sales rep who should get credit for the sale of this line item or select a different sales rep.

Split 1 - 4

Accept the portion of a sales order line upon which a sales rep's commission is to be calculated or enter a different percent.

Splits do not have to total 100%.
