Display an Audit Trail

If you activated the logging of additions, changes, and deletions with the Audit Trail Maintenance (XAT) program, when you click Audit these fields display:

Field Name	Displays
Action	Action the user performed: Add: Record or line added Chg: Fields on record or line changed Del: Record or line deleted
Date/time	The date and time the action was performed
User	The user who performed the action
Description	The description of the action
Old value	The value before the change was made
New value	The value after the change was made
Chgd in	The program used to make the change
Menu prgm	The menu program used for this change
Term ID	The terminal from which the user performed the action
Del prgm	The program used for a deletion
The following fields only apply to the audit trail for bills of material:
Component	The component item number
Part des	The component's part designator

Choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Review your options for this program	Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.
Print the displayed records	Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.
Exit Audit Trail Inquiry	Click OK.
