Set Notes Transfer Options

Use the User Options Maintenance (UOPT) program to set options that determine how a program runs for all users of the program, for all users at a branch, or for specific users.

Set these options:

Retain "from" file seq no?

Optional

Select if you want to keep the same sequence numbers when notes are copied.

Sequence number duplication

Conditionally required

If you selected Retain "from" file seq no, choose what happens when notes are copied and one or more of the sequence numbers exist:

Select	To
Overwrite existing note	Replace the existing note with the note being copied
Skip this note	Do not copy the line that has a duplicate sequence number; the existing note is retained
Use the next sequence number	Assign the next available note sequence number

Note: Save options is automatically selected.

Choose the appropriate option:
