Set PO Line Selector Options

Use the User Options Maintenance (UOPT) program to set options that determine how a program runs for all users of the program, for all users at a branch, or for specific users.

  1. Set these options for receiving PO lines in Receiver Maintenance (IRC):

Default to Modify mode?

Select if you want the program to prompt for the quantity to receive when a PO line is selected for receipt. Leave blank if you normally receive lines complete; clicking Modify enables you to enter a different receipt quantity if required.

Default qty to receive?

Optional

Select if you want the open quantity (i.e., the quantity ordered minus the quantity received to date) to display as the quantity to receive. Leave blank to require the user to enter a quantity.

Note: Save options is automatically selected.
