Create a Lockout Override Group

Use Lockout Override Group Maintenance (XLUOG) to create a group of users that can access PowerShift when a system lockout is in place.

  1. Enter data in these fields:

Enter a name to describe the group you are creating or click the down arrow and select a group that was previously created and click OK.

Allow group reset?

Required

Select to allow any master user (specified in User Maintenance) in the group to remove a lockout placed by a member of the group. Leave blank to restrict the ability to remove a lockout to the user that placed it.

Optional

Enter a user ID or click the lookup icon to select one from a list.

When you click OK or Apply, enter IDs are validated and user's names are displayed.

Change a field

Click on the field and enter a user ID. Click Apply to accept and validate the user ID or click Cancel.

Delete the displayed override group

Click Delete.

Accept the group of users as displayed Click OK.

Return to the menu

Click Exit.
