Set Executive Information Options

Select Executive Information Options in System Options Maintenance (XM) to set these enterprise-wide options:

Select P to use the date promised (adjusted date promised if the date changed) or select W to use the date wanted to calculate late shipments.

If you select P: Date shipped - Date promised or Adjusted promised date

If you select W: Date shipped - Date wanted

Because statistics are updated in real time, changing this option does not automatically recalculate statistics for existing shipments. If you change this option, you need to run the Shipments Calculation (ESX) program to recalculate them. Until you recalculate, the totals displayed on the Shipping Statistics screen in the Executive Information Summary (EIS) program will not match the days late when you drill down to the Shipment Delivery Inquiry.

Choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Change an option	Click Modify.
Exit without changing these options	Click Cancel.
Print these options	Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.
Accept these options and exit	Click OK.

Choose the appropriate options when you click OK or Cancel:
