Set Help and Other Path Options
Select Help and Other Path Options in System Options Maintenance (XM) to set help and path options for your enterprise.
Important! Be sure to enter the appropriate delimiter at the end of path names. Subfolder and file names specified in various applications are relative to the paths specified here.
Click Mfg branch to set options for your manufacturing branch or click Branch settings to set options for your login branch.
Note
Manufacturing branch and login branch options override enterprise options.
Set these enterprise options:

System image path |

Enter the path where the online image files are located on your web server. Store files for your header image (for example, your logo), boilerplate text, and overlays in this location and reference them in the appropriate fields in the Document Output Parameters Maintenance (TDOC) program. Store your logo in this location if you want to print the logo on checks. |
Document archive path |

Enter the base path used for storing imported and archived documents. Subfolder and file names specified in various applications are relative to the path specified here. |
Document viewing path |

The location of documents that are displayed when Documents then View is clicked. PDF documents can be saved with your annotations included (e.g., highlighting and sticky notes). See also Document Archiving. |
Native file document path |

The location of native directories used by file selection, Document Import, and other PowerShift functions. |

Enter the base path to be used by the View function. Specify subfolders for items, customers, vendors, employees and/or sales reps below. |

Enter the folder where item image files are located. The View image path is used as the base path and the folder is appended to it. Be sure to leave the Script? field blank. If you want a script to run when you click the View button, enter the name of the script in the Item folder and select Script?. |
