Create a List of Reports for a User

When you click User list in Program Options Maintenance (XROPT) program, the program displays the User ID, program and options name you selected.

  1. Enter data in these fields:

Report description

Enter a description for the report to display in the Report description field in this program and on My Reports Menu (RTPMNU).

Heading 1

Enter the text that you want to print on the first heading line of the report.

Heading 2

75 alphanumeric

Enter the text that you want to print on the second heading line of the report.

Job order

Optional
6 numeric

Select the order in which you want the job scheduler to run this report. See Create or Change a Job Stream.

  1. Choose the appropriate options:

Change a field

Click on the field and make required changes.

Delete the record

Click Delete.

Exit without creating this record

Click Cancel.

Add the record to the user's list

Click OK. The program returns to
