Background: Warehouse Listing

Use the Warehouse Listing (WHL) program to print a list of all, active, or empty mapped warehouse locations. Use the Inventory Valuation by Location program if you want to include all locations. See Road Map for work flow.

The Stocking details to include program option controls what is reported, as follows:

  • None provides a list of warehouses and bin locations, including empty locations; no inventory details are provided

  • Summarized prints a line for each item in listed locations (empty locations are excluded)

  • Detailed prints a line for each lot or serial number/serial range of each item in listed locations (empty locations are excluded)

Based on how you set the Stocking details to include option, the report includes the following:

  • Warehouse code

  • Bin location

  • Branch code

  • Item number

  • Description

  • Quantity on hand

  • Quantity obligated

  • Received date

  • If you opted to include Detail, all lots and serial numbers are listed. Serial numbers are listed as a range if you selected the Display serialized items as a range? program option.
