Do This

Select a control number/location

Click Sel to the left of the control number to move that line to on hand inventory. When you select a line, the quantity selected defaults to the quantity remaining or the consigned quantity for that control number/location, whichever is less.

To specify a different quantity or to change the already quantity selected, click the long bar and then click Modify. Enter the quantity to move from that control number/location and press the Return key.

Display all records or only selected records

Click Selected/All.

Select a range of control numbers to move to inventory

Click Range.

Move selected consignment control numbers/locations to on hand

Click OK. When all items have been selected (i.e., Remaining is zero), the program moves the selected items to on hand, prompting for the on hand locations/control numbers if required.

If the entire Quantity to move has not been selected, the program displays a message and allows you to continue selection or cancel the entries you made.
