Select Consignment Inventory to Move
When you move a consignment item with multiple locations or is controlled by lot or serial control number, the program displays these fields:

Select a control number/location |
Click Sel to the left of the control number to move that line to on hand inventory. When you select a line, the quantity selected defaults to the quantity remaining or the consigned quantity for that control number/location, whichever is less. To specify a different quantity or to change the already quantity selected, click the long bar and then click Modify. Enter the quantity to move from that control number/location and press the Return key. |
Display all records or only selected records |
Click Selected/All. |
Select a range of control numbers to move to inventory |
Click Range. |
Move selected consignment control numbers/locations to on hand |
Click OK. When all items have been selected (i.e., Remaining is zero), the program moves the selected items to on hand, prompting for the on hand locations/control numbers if required. If the entire Quantity to move has not been selected, the program displays a message and allows you to continue selection or cancel the entries you made. |
