2017 Lincoln

The venue was The White Hart, Lincoln which was ideally located for the main attractions, the cathedral and the castle. The men also felt the shopping was ideally located, at the bottom of Steep Hill, which rather put the ladies off of doing any shopping.

Here we learned that Val plays the organ. Gradually the secrets come out.

Our guide was excellent. A wealth of knowledge and very interesting.

As you walk around, you find an archway and through it is another amazingly large area. A tardis of a building.

Originally the Westminster Bank, then the NatWest Area Office, this building is now the Tourist Information Office.
