Display Invoice Transactions

Use the Invoice Transaction Inquiry (RIQ) program to display all transactions associated with an invoice. See Road Map for work flow.

  1. Enter data in these fields:

Field Name

ARC/Cust number

Enter the customer's number, enter the customer's AR consolidation parent, click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the customer from a list, or leave blank if you do not know the customer.

Invoice number

Required

Enter the invoice number for which you want to display transactions or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the invoice from a list and click OK.

The program displays these fields:

Invoice no

The invoice number you entered or selected

Customer PO

The customer's purchase order number for the sales order for this invoice

Due date

The date that payment is due; if the invoice is Past due, the number of days that payment is overdue

Customer

The customer number followed by the customer name

Sales br

The sales branch for this customer

Terms

The customer's AR terms

Balance due

The amount this customer owes for this invoice followed by the currency for this customer

The program displays these fields for each transaction:

An asterisk (*) is displayed if there comments bout the transaction were entered

  1. Select a transaction and click Detail to display the invoice. See Display AR Invoices. Click OK to return to this program.

  2. Choose the appropriate options:

Review your options for this program

Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.

Print the transaction listing

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Go to a related program

Click Jump. See Jump.

Display notes about the transaction

Click Notes.

Display the invoice

Click Detail. See Display AR Invoices. Click OK to return to this program.

Exit this invoice

Click Exit.

Exit and return to the menu

Click Quit.

  1. Choose the appropriate options when you click Exit:
