Road Map: Sales Commission Hierarchy Maintenance
Use the Sales Commission Hierarchy Maintenance (SCHM) program to:
Set up and change the sales rep hierarchy that determines how sales reps are assigned to a sales order or line.
Set up and change the commission rate hierarchy that determines which commission rates apply to a sales order or line.

System Options Maintenance (XM) (Sales Commission Options) to set the Commission Processing Active? option.
Sales Rep Maintenance (SM) to enter sales rep records.
(Optional) Sales Rep Type Maintenance (TSTM) to set up sales rep types.
(Optional) Commission Class Maintenance (TCCM) to set up customer and item commission classes.
(Optional) Customer Price Classes Maintenance (TCPC) to set up customer price classes
(Optional) Sales Region Maintenance (TSR) to set up sales regions.
(Optional) Customer Types Maintenance (TYM) to set up customer types.
Customer Maintenance (CM) to set up customers.
Enterprise Item Maintenance (IM) to set up inventory items for your enterprise.
Branch Item Maintenance (IMB) to set up inventory items for your branch.
(Optional) Product Class Codes Maintenance (TPC) to set up product classes.
(Optional) Product Subclass Codes Maintenance (TSP) to set up product subclasses.
(Optional) Item Price Classes Maintenance (TIPC) to set up item price classes.
Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices that you plan to use.
Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.
