Set Up a Commission Rate Hierarchy

Use the Sales Commission Hierarchy Maintenance (SCHM) program to set up a hierarchy that determines which commission rates apply to a sales order or line. You can also set up a sales rep hierarchy that determines how sales reps are assigned to a sales order or line. See Background and Road Map for more information.

When you select Commission rates and click OK, the program displays lists existing levels of the commission rate hierarchy.
