Display A Customer's Item Numbers

Use the Customer Item Number Inquiry (CCI) program to display a customer's item number that is cross-referenced to your item number. See Road Map for work flow.

Note
If you accessed this program from another program, such as Price Lookup (PLU), the program displays only one item.

Enter the customer's number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the customer from a list.

The program displays these fields:

Field Name	Displays
Customer item no	The customer's item number
Cust ECL	The customer's Engineering Change Level for their item number
Cust item description	The customer's description for the item
Item number	Your number for this item

Select a customer item number and click Detail to display and maintain the customer item. See Create a Customer Number to Item Number Cross-Reference. Click OK to return to this program.
Choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Review your options for this program	Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.
Display or maintain the selected customer item number	Click Detail. See Create a Customer Number to Item Number Cross-Reference. Click OK to return to this screen.
Print the customer item number listing	Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.
Exit this customer	Click Exit.
Exit and return to the menu	Click Quit.

Choose the appropriate options when you click OK:

Display the selected record	Click OK.
Display the previous record in the file	Click Prev.
Display the next record in the file	Click Next.
Exit the program	Click Exit.
