Road Map: Customer Item Number Inquiry

Use the Customer Item Number Inquiry (CCI) program to display a customer's item number that is cross-referenced to your item number.

Before you run this program each time

You should run these programs:

  • Customer Item Maintenance (CIX) to create a cross-reference from a customer's item number to your item number.

Before you run this program the first time

You should run these programs:

  • Customer Maintenance (CM) to set up customers.

  • Enterprise Item Maintenance (IM) to set up inventory items for your enterprise.

  • Branch Item Maintenance (IMB) to set up inventory items for your branch.

  • Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up output devices you plan to use.

  • Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.
