Display Document Print History

Use the Document Print History Inquiry (DOCQ) program to display the history of document creation. See Road Map for work flow.

  1. Select the Document type.

  2. Enter the document number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the order from a list.

    Note
    If the document type is INV Invoice A/R, the document number is the sales order number.

  3. Click OK.

The program displays these fields:

Document description

Last printed

The date of the last time the document printed
Data for date and time only displays if the Track document history? option is selected for this document copy.

Times printed

The number of times the document printed
Data for number of times printed only displays if the Track document history? option is selected for this document copy.

Times sent

The number of times the document was sent
Data for number of times sent only displays if the Track document history? option is selected for this document copy.

Detail?

An asterisk "*" indicates that details are available.

Last purged

The date through which document details were purged. See Document History Purge.

Review your options for this program

Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.

Display document print detail

Highlight the line and click Detail. See Print History Detail. Click OK to return to this listing.

Print the document listing

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Exit the document listing

Click Exit.
