Set Options for GL Account Detail
When you click GL in the Executive Information Summary (EIS) program, select any category, and then click Detail, the program displays accounts and transaction amounts. You can set options that affect the display.

Click Prog opts to review your options. To change them:

Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.

Click the Selection tab to select a range of account types, subtypes, and posted dates

Click the Program tab to select this program specific option:

Select to include transactions that have been moved to history or leave blank to display only open transactions. Typically you would not move transactions with a balance of zero to history during the current period with the AP Transaction Archive (NEX) and/or AR Transaction Archive (REX) programs. |

(Optional) Click Save to save these options for future use.

Click OK to apply these options or click Cancel to exit without applying them. If you click OK, see Display GL Account Detail.
