Display Orders on Hold
When you click Sales in the Executive Information Summary (EIS) program, select Orders on hold or Orders on credit hold, and click Detail, these fields display:

The customer who placed the order |

The name of the customer for this order |

The number of the sales order |
Date ordered |
The date the order was entered |
Reason |
The reason the order is on hold |
Reason description |
The description of the reason code selected when this order was placed on hold |
Open total |
The open (i.e., not shipped) gross order amount minus header discounts |
Customer on hold amount |
The customer's on hold balance |
Note
A program option (see Set Options for the Order
Hold Inquiry) controls if orders on credit hold, manual hold or both
are displayed.

Click Credit. See Display a Customer Credit Record. Click OK to return to this program. |
Exit orders on hold |
Click Exit. See Display Sales Statistics. |
Exit and return to the menu |
Click Quit. |
