Change a Journal Template

Use the Journal Template Maintenance (GSM) program to set up, change, and delete templates that the General Journal Entry (GIP) program uses for frequent journal entries. See Background and Road Map for more information.

  1. Highlight the template you want to change and click Select or double click the line.

  2. (Optional) Enter the correct description and click Apply to save the change.

  3. Click Detail to make a change to the transactions. See Set Up a Journal Template.
