Background: Catalog Item Maintenance

Use the Catalog Item Maintenance (IMK) program to set up, change, and delete catalog numbers for items. See Background and Road Map for more information.

Selecting Items by Catalog Number

During order line entry you have the option to select items by catalog numbers you set up with this program.

Catalog numbers may only be set up for items set up in Enterprise Item Maintenance (IM). After selection, the system substitutes the database item number for system processing.

Print the Catalog Number Listing

You may also use the Catalog Item Inquiry (IMKQ) to print a list of your catalog numbers.
