Road Map: Branch Transfer Inquiry
Use the Branch Transfer Inquiry (ITSQ) program to display the status of a branch transfer.
Before you run this program each time
You should run one of these programs:
Branch Transfer Maintenance (ITM) to create a branch transfer.
OR
Requisition Maintenance (IRM) to enter a transfer requisition and release a branch transfer.
OR
Sales Order Maintenance (OE) to enter an order for an item. If the Disable branch transfer firewall? option is selected, the operator or the system can create a transfer.
You may also have run:
Branch Transfer Confirmation (ITS) or Secured Transfer Confirmation (SITS) to confirm the shipment.
AND/OR
Bill of Lading Maintenance (BLM) to create a bill of lading and confirm
the shipments and bill of lading.
Before you run this program the first time
You should run these programs:
System Options Maintenance (XM) (Enterprise Options) to select a date display format for your enterprise, Branch Maintenance (TBM) to select a date display format for your branch, or User Maintenance (UIM) to select a date display format for an individual user.
Enterprise Item Maintenance (IM) to set up items for your enterprise.
Branch Item Maintenance (IMB) to set up items for your branch.
Branch Maintenance (TBM) to set up the receiving and shipping branches.
Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices you plan to use.
Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.
After you run this program
The shipping branch will most likely run:
Branch Transfer Confirmation (ITS) or Secured Transfer Confirmation (SITS) to confirm the shipment.
AND/OR
Bill of Lading Maintenance (BLM) to create a bill of lading and confirm the shipments and bill of lading.
The receiving branch will most likely run:
Receiver Maintenance (IRC) to receive the items ordered on a PO or transfer if you are using direct-to-stock receiving.
AND conditionally
Receiving and Inspection (IRI) to enter inspection results if items require inspection.
You may also run this program:
Branch Transfer Listing (ITL) to print a listing of transfers between branches.
