Move Floor Stock to On Hand

Use the Move from Floor Stock (RFFRFST) program to move inventory from floor stock to on hand inventory. Control numbered (lot or serial) items cannot be moved to floor stock. See Background and Road Map for more information.

Instructions are written for Keypad mode. If you are operating in Scan mode respond with Return, Enter, Tab, or line feed where required.

Scan data for these fields:

Field Name	Type / Max Length	Action / Description
Br	Required 4 alphanumeric	Accept your default branch code or scan the branch code whose inventory you want to move. The branch must be in your inventory group.
Item	Required 24 alphanumeric	Scan the number of the item you want to move. A valid entry displays the item's description and current floor stock quantity.
Qty	Required 11 numeric	Enter a positive number to decrease floor stock.
Adj code	Conditional 10 alphanumeric	Accept the default adjustment code set up in the System Options Maintenance (XM) (RF Program Options) program or scan the code for the type of adjustment you are making. A valid entry displays the new floor stock/on hand quantity and the issue/adjustment code description at the bottom of the screen.
LOC	Conditional 2 alphanumeric 8 alphanumeric	Scan the item's new location in one or two scans, depending on your login branch setting. If your option setting requires two scans, the program requires an entry for at least one of the two fields. A valid entry displays the new location quantity at the bottom of the screen.

The program prompts Update?

Choose the appropriate options:
