Enter Item Count

Use the Count Entry (RFHCE) program to scan the quantity for each item in the inventory cycle or change the quantity for an existing item in the cycle. See Background and Road Map for more information.

Instructions are written for Keypad mode. If you are operating in Scan mode respond with Return, Enter, Tab, or line feed where required.

The program displays cycles in progress.

  1. Enter the number of a cycle in progress.

The program prompts Starting line

  1. Scan the starting line number for the cycle.

The on hand quantity entered on the previous inventory count.
If this item is a controlled item, the entry must be 1 or zero.

Note
If the system option Skip prompt in count entry? is selected and you entered a non-zero count, the program prompts for the next count. Scan 0 (zero) and look ahead to step 6 for options.
