Transfer Picking

Use the Transfer Picking (RFITC) program to pick items for transferring to another branch. See Background and Road Map for more information.

Note
Instructions are written for Keypad mode. If you are operating in Scan mode respond with Return, Enter, Tab, or line feed where required.

The program displays these fields:

Field Name	Type / Max Length	Action / Description
Order	Required	Scan the order number from the document printed with the Transfer Print (ITP) program.
Line	Conditional	Scan or accept the line number.
Item	Conditional / Required	Scan the item number OR Scan Skip to pick later and leave the item as is. (Conditional) Scan the UPC/GTIN code from the carton to verify the item number.
Ser or Lot	Conditional / Required	Scan the serial number or lot number. OR if there is more than one item and you selected the Sales: Assign/pick seq serial numbers? option, the program displays the first serial number in the range. Scan the last serial number in the range.
Qty	Required	Scan or accept the quantity displayed. OR Scan a different quantity. Scan 0 to not pick the item.
Pack loc	Conditional 10 alphanumeric	Enter the packing location. This prompt displays only if Sales: Pick/Pack mode? is selected.
Box no	Conditional 5 alphanumeric	Scan the shipping box number. This prompt displays only if you selected the Using preprinted box labels? and Sales: Pick/Pack mode? is not selected.

The program prompts Complete?

To	Do This
Pick all items	Scan Y. The program displays Creating shipment . . . and then prompts for another order number. If Sales: Pick/Pack mode? is selected, the program only prompts for another order number.
Pick unpicked items	Scan N.
Return to a line to correct an entry	Scan M. The program prompts Line. Scan the line number you want to change and complete changes.
Delete all picked quantities during this session	Scan DEL.
