Display Items in a Location

Use the Warehouse Location Inq (RFWHQ) program to display the items and quantities located in a warehouse/bin location. The quantity displayed includes both floor stock and on hand (if both are found in that location). See Background and Road Map for more information.

Instructions are written for Keypad mode. If you are operating in Scan mode respond with Return, Enter, Tab, or line feed where required.

Scan the location. Whether one Loc scan or separate Wh and Bin scans are required depends on the setting of the Loc barcode format system option.

The program displays these fields:

The item number

On hand

The total quantity on hand plus floor stock at this location

If there are more locations than can be shown on one screen, the program prompts More? (Y/N).

Scan Y to view more locations or scan N to return to the location prompt. The program prompts TAB to continue.

    Or
    Scan Tab to return to branch prompt.

    The program prompts for the inventory branch.

  2. Scan a different branch.
    Or
    Scan Clear to return to the RF menu.
