Lunch Time Overrides

Lunch time out/Lunch time in entries in this program override the Start of lunch/End of lunch entries in the Labor Collection Shift Codes Maintenance (LLZ) program. Start of lunch/End of lunch entries in the Employee Override Authorization (LOA) program override lunch time entries in this program.

Unattended Operations

Select Employee class X to allow reporting unattended operations. Employees with this class do not need to be logged into Employee Clocking (LTE) to report unattended operations. If an employee has an employee class of X, Barcode Labor Entry (LRTE) allows entry of a reference employee and only hours are recorded for the reference employee.

Employee Image

You can attach a graphic or web page to an employee's record. For example, you may want a picture of the employee or a PDF file that contains the employee's personnel records.

  1. Use the employee number as the name of the image file. For example, if the employee's number is steveb and the file type is a BMP, then name the file steveb.bmp.

  2. Store the image in the location you specified in the Base path and Employee folder options in the System Options Maintenance (XM) program (Help and Other Path Options).

  3. For the Image type field in Employee Maintenance for employee number steveb, select the graphic type. In this example, select bmp. If the file type of your graphic is not listed, you need to add it to the Graphic Image Codes Maintenance (TGC) program.

  4. Click View image to display the graphic.

Audit Trail

To activate an audit trail, select the file listed below in the Audit Trail Maintenance (XAT) program. The system records all transactions. You can then run the Audit Trails (ATR) program and select that file to print a report of these transactions.
