Display Labor for a Manufacturing Order

Use the Labor Inquiry By Manufacturing Order (MLI) program to display standard and reported hours and setup, production, and runtime efficiency percents for a manufacturing order. See Road Map for work flow.

  1. Enter the manufacturing order number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the number from a list.

    The program displays these fields:

The parent item number

Mfg order no

The manufacturing order number that you entered or selected

Desc

The description of the parent item

And lists the following for each operation sequence:

The number of pieces the employee produced that were good

The number of pieces the employee produced that were unusable

Production efficiency percent for labor code D: (Standard hours / Reported hours) x 100

Run %

Runtime efficiency percent for labor code U or D: (Standard hours / Reported hours) x 100

Badge ID

The badge ID of the employee who worked on this sequence

Employee name

The name of the employee who worked on this sequence

Shift

The shift code for the employee's hours

Seq

The labor entry sequence number

Review your options for this program

Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.

Print the operation sequence listing

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Display total pieces, efficiency percentages, and standard and reported hours

Click Totals. See Totals. Click Totals again to redisplay details.

Display detail for an operation sequence

Highlight the line and click Detail or double click the line. See Display Labor Detail. Click OK to return to this program.

Display notes for this manufacturing order

Click Notes. See Display Notes.

Hint! A check mark on the Notes button indicates that the order has notes.

Specify a different manufacturing order number

Click OK.

Exit the program

Click Exit.
