Display Labor Detail

When you select an operation sequence and click Detail in the Labor Inquiry By Manufacturing Order (MLI) or Labor Inquiry By Employee (LHI) program, these fields display:

Displays

Mfg branch

Your manufacturing branch

To the right of the branch, a box displays additional information:

     Name

The name of the employee associated with the badge ID

     Rate

The rate per hour for the employee

Note

The rate displays only if you selected the Display pay rate at entry time? option in System Options Maintenance (XM) Labor Options.

     Class

How the employee is classified (specified in Employee Maintenance):
Direct
: Works on products
Indirect
: Does not work on products
Maintenance
: Maintains machines or facilities

     Shft

The employee's usual shift (specified in Employee Maintenance)

     Dept

The department for this operation (specified in Routing Maintenance) or employee's department (depending on the type of operation)

     Item no

The parent item on the manufacturing order

     Desc

The description of the parent item

     Oper cd

The operation code

Date worked

The date the employee worked

Badge ID

The employee or machine number

Mfg order no

The manufacturing order number that you entered or selected

Operation seq no

The operation sequence that this employee worked on

Labor code

The labor code and its description

Sequence number

The sequence number for entry of the employee's hours

Regular hours

The number of regular hours worked on this operation sequence

Good pieces

The number of pieces the employee produced that were good: (Pieces produced - Pieces scrapped) / UOM conversion

The UOM conversion comes from routing for the parent item (maintained in Routing Maintenance) and the operation sequence number for the manufacturing order if components have been obligated and a shipment has been created for the order.

Scrap pieces

The number of pieces the employee produced that were scrapped

Clock in time

The sign-in time based on a 24-hour clock; for example, 9:50 AM is 0950 and 5:00 PM is 1700

Clock out time

The sign-out time based on a 24-hour clock; for example, 9:50 AM is 0950 and 5:00 PM is 1700

Lunch time out

The employee's lunch start time

Lunch time in

The employee's lunch end time

Start of break 1

The start time of the employee's first break

End break 1

The end time of the employee's first break

Start of break 2

The start time of the employee's second break

End break 2

The end time of the employee's second break

Clock in date

The date the employee clocked in to this operation

Clock out date

The date the employee clocked out of this operation

Shift

The description of the shift code for the employee

Operation code

The operation code for this sequence

Work center no

The work center for this operation sequence

Machine number

The machine in the work center where the work is performed

Lvl one OT hrs

The number of hours at labor overtime rate 1

Lvl two OT hrs

The number of hours at labor overtime rate 2

Produced pieces

The number of pieces the employee produced while working on this manufacturing order

Addl rate code

A rate code that used for unusual conditions (for example, consultation labor, rush job, or hazard work)

Dept number

The department for this operation sequence or for this employee, followed by the description

% complete

The percent complete for this manufacturing order

Ref employee no

The number of the reference employee entered in Labor Entry (LLE) or imported with Labor Import (LEI)

Reference

The reference entered in Labor Entry (LLE) or imported with Labor Import (LEI)

Indirect desc

The description entered for indirect labor

Indirect org cd

The organization code for indirect labor

Indirect acct no

The account number posted for indirect labor
