If your output device is email, the program displays the Output to Email screen.

Enter the email address to which you are sending this information. If you are sending to multiple email addresses, separate each with a comma. If you are sending this inquiry to an employee in your company, you can omit the domain if your company's domain is entered in the Default system email domain option in the System Options Maintenance (XM) program (Enterprise Options). For example, if the employee's email address is mary@company.com, you can simply enter mary. |

Click Send to send the email or click Exit (to return to the menu from a report) or Cancel to return to the screen from which you clicked Print.
