Background: My Reports Menu

Use My Reports Menu (RPTMNU) to print reports using specific options, add a report to the menu, and add another set of options for a program. The operator can only specify reports to which he has access (see Select User Programs for information about program restrictions). See Road Map for work flow.

When you click Reports on the main menu, you can run a report that uses specific options. My Reports Menu lets you run a report without having to set or change these options.

For example, you might have an inventory report listed multiple times because each set of options selects a different product class. Another example is the AR Aged Trial Balance Report (RT), which you may want to print different ways. One option set would age by due date, another by invoice date, and another could select invoices that are 61 or more days late.
