Select Manufacturing Order Components
Use the Manufacturing Order Component Selection (MCSP) program to select components to pick for a manufacturing order.
The program displays the manufacturing branch and prompts for Mfg order no.
Enter the manufacturing order number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the manufacturing order from a list.
Manufacturing order information is summarized at the top of the display and components are listed:

The quantity of this component required to complete this manufacturing order: Current qty per x Quantity ordered + (Current qty per x Quantity ordered x Curr scr/loss % x .01) rounded to up the next integer |
Qty picked |
The quantity of this component that has been picked |
Qty open |
The quantity of this component that has not been picked |
Qty selected |
The quantity selected for picking |
Qty on hand |
The on hand quantity of this component |

Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information. |
Enter the quantity to pick |
Highlight the line and click Select or double click the line. The program displays the quantity required and prompts: Enter quantity picked Enter the pick quantity and click OK or click Cancel to not pick the item. Important! If you select or double click or a line is already selected (i.e. a check mark in the Sel column) to be picked, the picked quantity is reset to 0. |
Display component information |
Highlight the line and click Inv status. See Inventory Status Inquiry. Click OK to return to this program. |
Display order information |
Highlight the line and click Supply order. See Material Usage Inquiry. Click OK to return to this program. |
Pick selected components and continue picking |
Click OK. The program prompts for the next order to pick. See step 1. |
Pick selected components and exit |
Click Exit. |
