Display a Picking Confirmation

Use the Picking Confirmation Inquiry (MPKQ) program to display quantities picked for a manufacturing order. See Road Map for work flow.

Enter data into these fields:

Field Name	Type / Max Length	Action / Description
Order number	Required 12 alphanumeric	Enter the number of the manufacturing order, click the Lookup icon on the left and use the standard lookup options to select the order number from a list, or click the Lookup icon on the right to select an existing shipment from a list.
Shipment number	Optional 3 alphanumeric	Enter the number of the shipment or leave blank to display the most recently created shipment.

The program displays these fields:

Completed:	The Manufacturing Order Picking Register (MPKJ) has been run

The number of the parent item on this order

Click Lines. The to displays this information for each component:

Original qty	The quantity of this item required to build the parent
Qty in picking	The quantity to be picked
Qty shipped	The quantity of this item that has been confirmed picked

Select a component and click Select to display these fields:

Description	The description of this component
Qty orig order	The quantity ordered in stocking and sales units of measure
Qty requested	The current quantity requested in stocking units of measure
Qty in picking	The quantity to be picked in stocking units of measure
Qty shipped	The quantity that has been confirmed picked in stocking units of measure
Expected ship	The expected picking date

Choose the appropriate options:

Display control numbers, warehouse, and bin locations	Click Ctrl info. See Display Shipment Line Detail. Click Exit to return to this program.
Exit this component	Click OK.

Choose the appropriate options when you click OK or Cancel:

Print the component listing	Click Print. See Print.
Display control numbers, warehouse and bin locations for the selected component	Click Ctrl info. See Display Shipment Line Detail. Click Exit to return to this program.
Exit components	Click Exit.
